3. On completed of the project, the residents association will be formed which will look after the maintenance of water supply, drainage, security, common electrical supplies, garden maintenance etc. |

4.Car Parking, electrical meter charges, sinking found & maintenance charges will be paid extra by the purchaser. |

5. Extra super built-up area in excess of mentioned in plan shall be paid extra by the purchaser. |
